Jennifer Pealer was flown across the world to Thailand by Goldwell™ and KMS™. Jennifer was one of four salon owners chosen due to her status as a Titanium level Goldwell salon and her business practices.
The purpose of the trip was to give insight to salon owners all around the world as well as give them a chance to collaborate to effectively increase profits in their business.
The location was the gorgeous MÓ§venpick Resort and Spa Karon Beach in Phucket, Thailand.
The conference was not limited to only salon owners but other business owners and exceptional leaders as well. From a fish company in Seattle, Washington to the famous ballerina from Mios Last Dance there was inspiration from every angle.
On trip Jennifer gained knowledge in marketing, team building, self wellness and leadership.
When Jennifer was asked what the most rewarding part of her trip was she responded, Sitting in a room with leaders from around the globe and getting a wide range of insight and perspective on business around the world and how they operate.
Jennifer thoroughly enjoyed Thailand’s culture and people as well. The people were so willing to help at all times and very friendly,
Jennifer explained. The people in the area were an inspiration as well. Their ability to come together to rebuild the area after a tsunami struck several years ago was incredible.
Jennifer is looking forward to applying to her new knowledge to her two thriving salons and sharing her new knowledge with local business professionals.
